We traveled with the Halvorsons to Prairie Knights Casino to see Sha Na Na and had front row seats for the gig.

The bass singer was awesome. He sang l-o-w and could do the splits. At the next rehearsal of Good Fortune quartet, we chided Big Dave that he needed to work on splits to stay competitive.
Their sax player had a great voice, too.

It was 100 minutes of high-energy music with precious little patter between songs. These folks have a well-honed act.
