XVIII ABC and 20th Engineer Patch Reed is part of the 27th Engineer Battalion stationed somewhere in the Middle East.The 27th Engineer Battalion is one of three tactical engineer battalions in the 20th Engineer Brigade, which is a major subordinate command of the XVIII Airborne Corps.  He left Fort Bragg, NC on March 18.  A corporal from Fort Bragg called to let us  know Reed's unit arrived safely and is part of a mission or missions involving Rangers from Fort Benning.  We have received many supportive calls, letters, and emails since then about Reed.  Thank you.
