Pam is nearing the end of the semester where her classes have been "wonderful" this year. Next semester she will teach some clothing classes for the first time at B.H.S. in addition to her child development and advanced foods courses.
She has also launched a business called "On Your Plate." It is registered with the Secretary of State and she even has her own web site: www.onyourplate.us Pam offered several cooking classes in our home and, so far, they have been well-received. When adult "students" plunk down the money for another class, you know they were satisfied.
