As I write this, Mere is studying for finals to end her first year at the U.N.D. School of Law.  She had her Contracts final today and said she thought it was relatively easy which caused her no small concern because she thinks she probably missed something.  One of the intimidating aspects of law school is the grading system.  Students are given one test at the end of the semester and their entire grade depends on how well they score on it.  Talk about pressure.

It's not all work and no play, though, as evidenced by these former University of Minnesota-Morris gals who got together to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Grand Forks.

Over Easter, Mere went to friend Trevor's home in Eyota, Minnesota, near Rochester.  This photo was taken near Trevor's place.

This summer, several law students will study in Oslo, Norway.  Let's see, May through mid-July in one of the most gorgeous countries in the world, no work, and a chance to visit with cousins Gunnar, Feli, and maybe Endre's family.  Sign me up, too.

Mere came home for Firemann's 90th birthday party.  Later that night, she and Trevor helped with the latest batch of wine made in Vukelic's basement.

Turned out pretty well, too!
