Pam still serves on the Dollars For Scholars Board of Directors which raises funds for students in the public school system. One of the committee's endeavors is assisting with the annual Papa's Pumpkin Patch extravaganza run by Dave and Colleen Pierce. As she has done since 2009, Pam helped check people through the gates.
Shaun and Meredith helped Pam on a nice September afternoon.

Some of the thousands of pumpkins given away or sold
This year, because of flooding at its original location, Papa's Pumpkin Patch was moved to the Mandan Fairgrounds.

The new location was a hit! They estimated 5,000 people went through the gates on this particular Saturday.

Mere took most of these photos. There were plenty of wagons to haul kids (and pumpkins) around.
Plenty of gourds were available, too.
