Pam just finished two weeks of intensive teaching when the Bismarck Vocational Education Department sponsored the fourth Culinary Arts Academy. This year, 15 students from across North Dakota participated. The event garnered quite a lot of publicity. The KX network sent a camera crew and the Academy was featured on the 6 o'clock news.
Bismarck Tribune reporter Karen Herzog gave splendid coverage to the class and visited it four times. The article below appeared on the front page of the Life section of the Tribune.
